AI-generated content

  • AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your specific context.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before posting it on LinkedIn or elsewhere.
  • We make no warranty that AI-generated content will achieve any particular engagement or outcome.

The LinkedDraft platform, including its code, design, templates, and branding, is owned by LinkedDraft and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without written permission.

AI output ownership

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI-generated content produced through your use of the Service is assigned to you. We claim no ownership over your outputs.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LinkedDraft's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Note for EU users: Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable EU consumer law.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Google (authentication), Stripe (payments), and AI providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time via your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
